Who is afraid to pay young workers? With a small photo-action, participants of the study session "Broadcasting Democratic Consciousness" decided to show solidarity to the workers on the First of May, Labor Day. Billions have to suffer nowadays from unjust and inhumane treatment at the workplace, including putting their life into a danger. Study Session in Strasbourg Kicks off

Rights and responsibilities in Media Together with Youth Department - Council of Europe HREYN has started the Study Session "Broadcasting Democratic Consciousness" at the European Youth Centre in Strasbourg. The study session is linking media literacy and education with human rights education with young people. Creating the timeline of human rights The youth center is currently hosting 35 participants from different countries of Europe who started the study session by getting to know to each other's backgrounds and experiences and went through different inputs about media and human rights education, including constructing a human rights timeline, playing a "who wants to be a millionaire" on media terms and discussing constraints for human rights education activities. ...
